Delivery deadlines.
The time we took us to prepare orders depends on the availability of each product.
Usually we have all the goods and send the packages 2-3 working days after you make the purchase. If we are missing an item usually takes to send to Two weeks.
If it take more than us will contact you via email to inform you of the delay.
Shipping.
We ship orders by the transport agency
EMS/Bolivia,
which has an experience of over 15 years, staying in marking messaging specialist.
When ordering from our online store program automatically calculates the shipping charges based on the total weight the order and the area to be delivered.

Returns.
Refunds will be available for up to 5 days from the day you receive your order.
You must request a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by email during this 5-day period to qualify for a refund.
You will be responsible for all shipping costs and duty incurred for the order and return of the product(s).
If the product(s) were originally purchased with a credit card, a refund will be issued to the same credit card, less shipping and
handling incurred for the order and return of the product(s), within 7 days of the date of return.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all items arrive at the Customer Service Center in their original condition.
No refunds will be available after the 5-day period has expired. Any item returned without authorization will be refused.
Note to International Shipping
We are confident in our transit agency and we pack carefully all our orders. However, international shipments can not be responsible in case of breakage during transport. |
